Introducing a new smart dosing pump for the lab!

The new SIMDOS® diaphragm liquid dosing pump from KNF Neuberger, Inc. is designed with simplicity in mind. The easy-to-read display combined with a touch control knob makes programming and access of all functions very intuitive. Diaphragm pumps are ideally suited for transferring the corrosive liquids often found in laboratories.

The SIMDOS® pump is available with a variety of wetted materials, including PP/PTFE/FFPM. The pump head is situated outside the splash-protected IP-65 housing, a significant safety factor. Fast, precise calibration is crucial for any dosing pump.

The SIMDOS® pump accomplishes this in the shortest times possible. Following calibration, repeatability is +/-1%. The pump transfers liquids with a flow rate of 0 to 100ml/min and doses volumes of 0 to 1000 ml. It offers long-term stability and consistent reliability throughout entire processes. The pump is safe to run dry and is self-priming up to 9 ft of water. It is effective against pressures of up to 90 psig and transfers viscous media up to 150 centistokes.

The integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities at the touch of a button. Designed to have a compact footprint, the pump takes up little valuable lab bench space. Video demo

Next Generation Wireless Vacuum Pump System

The next generation wireless vacuum pump system is here!

Switch on to the future with KNF Lab’s new, wireless SC920 series vacuum pump system, which brings fast and precise processing, extremely quiet operation and easy regulation of all vacuums, now with wireless remote control. The wireless touchscreen remote provides full operation of the pump’s different operating modes and functions, allowing for flexibility and optimal use of lab space.

The system supports four different operating modes: vessel evacuation, with adjustable pump capacity; constant pressure control, managed precisely to chosen values; automatic detection of the sample’s vapor pressure; and intelligent regulation of process pressure according to a user-defined pressure curve. The pump’s diaphragm stabilization system provides high suction speeds even at low pressures, and the SC920 is suitable for most models of rotary evaporators.

The pump is easy to control with the intuitive user guide: all process parameters are entered and adjusted with the wireless remote control, using the simple touchscreen and user-friendly control knob. Relocate the SC920 system away from your processing equipment to save valuable lab space and avoid tangled cables. The pump can also be controlled, with recording capability, via a PC's USB port using Windows-based software.

High Flow Filtration Pump

Pump for filtration tasks requiring higher flow

KNF announces the release of its latest filtration vacuum pumps, the N838 series. This pump is available in 22 LPM and 37 LPM capacities to provide the higher flow required of manifold filtration and other larger vessels. It is available in PPS (Ryton®) heads and PTFE-coated diaphragm for pumping aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors. Also available are optional vacuum and pressure gauges with a fine adjust thumbwheel for obtaining a range of vacuum levels. Maintenance-free, there is no pump oil to change, nor is water or drain required for operation. KNF's multi-port valves are highly resistant to damage from liquid condensate, and pass thru with no loss of performance.

New Deep Vacuum Diaphragm Pump with High Suction Speed

For laboratory appliances requiring a deeper vacuum source

KNF announces the release of its latest vacuum pump, the N920. This revolutionary pump provides high flow at near-maximum vacuum, the region where traditional diaphragm pumps have the most significant reduction in performance. It achieves up to <1.3 m3/hr pumping speed and a rapid <1.5 mbar abs. ultimate end vacuum. This pump is available as a portable pump (shown) or as an OEM model with a DC or AC power connection. As a further convenience, this pump is equipped with a manual control or analog motor speed input that enables the user to vary the output of the pump to match individual system needs. This allows for quieter operation and an increased lifetime. Its unique three head design incorporates inter-head connections, means fewer moving parts, increased reliability and less expensive maintenance. The universal motor is capable of operation on 24 VDC, or AC voltages of 90 to 264 VAC at 50-60 Hz. The N920 offers excellent long term vacuum stability with its patented diaphragm stabilization system, and high efficiency valves which can be used in roughing and backing applications, including mass spectrometers and leak detectors. This pump is available in PPS and aluminum versions for pumping slightly aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors.

LIQUIPORT® Liquid Pump with available Remote Control

A convenient way to dispense, dose and transfer neutral or corrosive liquids in the lab

As a result of direct demand from our laboratory customers, KNF Neuberger introduces the Liquiport®, a new, portable, multi-purpose liquid pump appliance ideal for aspirating or transferring liquids in the laboratory. Liquiport® combines a quality KNF corrosion-resistant PTFE liquid diaphragm pump with a fine-adjustment front-panel speed control for convenient use in the lab. A remote-controlled version is also available for variable-speed and on/off control, and a remote alarm indication.

Compact and lightweight, it is easy to move to wherever you need a liquid pump. It is self-priming, can run dry continuously and is maintenance-free. Liquiport's front-mounted controls provide led-indicated fine adjustment of flow needed for liquid transfer, dispensing or filling tasks. It is available in two basic size flow ranges, 0.2 to 1.3 LPM and 0.25 to 3.0 LPM and several wetted materials; polypropylene, PVDF and PTFE.

LABOPORT® Oil- Free Vacuum Pumps

LABOPORT® pumps are the perfect vacuum source for all brands of rotary evaporators, gel dryers, concentrators, vacuum ovens, filtration devices, or for general lab use such as larger scale degassing, vacuum manifold filtration, vacuum blotting, vacuum desiccators.

Maintenance-free, there is no pump oil to change or keep in stock, nor is water or a drain required for operation. Lightweight, compact and portable, their all-PTFE construction withstands the harshest chemicals to avoid peeling, pitting or other damage from corrosive solvents. KNF's multi-port valves are highly resistant to damage from occasional liquid condensate that will pass thru with no loss of performance.

This new generation of KNF Neuberger pumps features reduced operating noise levels using a quieter, patented valve technology and sound dampening techniques. They are the perfect replacement for messy oil-type rotary pumps and water-wasting aspirators. They feature a single-piece structured, PTFE diaphragm to generate excellent vacuum performance in a compact package with long, reliable service life. A wide range of flow options and vacuum performances are available.

LABOPORT® Self-Cleaning Pumps for Pumping Saturated Vapors

LABOPORT Full Teflon vacuum Pumps and Compressors

Used wherever highly saturated vapors are encountered

KNF Neuberger announces its new, patent-pending self-drying diaphragm pump designed specifically to reduce process time for vacuum ovens, vacuum concentrators and rotory evaporators. Saturated vapors condense and accumulate within a vacuum pump's heads due to insufficient flow thru the unit. These condensates reduce pump efficiency and extend processing time. KNF's model N860.3FT.40P with self-drying Power Dry feature uses an electronically-controlled valve that periodically meters ambient air into the pump. The sudden flow of air forces liquids out of the pump heads, immediately restoring efficiency and reducing processing time. Chamber vacuum levels are unaffected. In addition, KNF's solid PTFE heads and diaphragms provide the maximum corrosion resistance available And, because there is no pump oil to replace and dispose of, they are virtually maintenance-free.
