NEW! Next Generation Wireless Vacuum Pump System

|
The next generation wireless vacuum pump system is here!
Switch on to the future with KNF Lab’s new, wireless SC920 series vacuum pump system, which brings fast and precise processing, extremely quiet operation and easy regulation of all vacuums, now with wireless remote control. The wireless touchscreen remote provides full operation of the pump’s different operating modes and functions, allowing for flexibility and optimal use of lab space.
The system supports four different operating modes: vessel evacuation, with adjustable pump capacity; constant pressure control, managed precisely to chosen values; automatic detection of the sample’s vapor pressure; and intelligent regulation of process pressure according to a user-defined pressure curve. The pump’s diaphragm stabilization system provides high suction speeds even at low pressures, and the SC920 is suitable for most models of rotary evaporators.
The pump is easy to control with the intuitive user guide: all process parameters are entered and adjusted with the wireless remote control, using the simple touchscreen and user-friendly control knob. Relocate the SC920 system away from your processing equipment to save valuable lab space and avoid tangled cables. The pump can also be controlled, with recording capability, via a PC's USB port using Windows-based software.

High Flow Filtration Pump

|
Pump for filtration tasks requiring higher flow
KNF announces the release of its latest filtration vacuum pumps, the N838 series.
This pump is available in 22 LPM and 37 LPM capacities to provide the higher flow required
of manifold filtration and other larger vessels. It is available in PPS (Ryton®) heads and
PTFE-coated diaphragm for pumping aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors. Also available
are optional vacuum and pressure gauges with a fine adjust thumbwheel for obtaining a range
of vacuum levels. Maintenance-free, there is no pump oil to change, nor is
water or drain required for operation.
KNF's
multi-port valves are highly resistant
to damage from liquid condensate,
and pass thru with no loss of performance.

New Deep Vacuum Diaphragm Pump with High Suction Speed

|
For laboratory appliances requiring
a deeper vacuum source
KNF announces the release of its latest vacuum pump, the N920. This revolutionary
pump provides high flow at near-maximum vacuum, the region where traditional diaphragm pumps
have the most significant reduction in performance. It achieves up to <1.3 m3/hr pumping speed
and a rapid <1.5 mbar abs. ultimate end vacuum. This pump is available as a portable pump (shown)
or as an OEM model with a DC or AC power connection. As a further convenience, this pump is
equipped with a manual control or analog motor speed input that enables the user to vary the
output of the pump to match individual system needs. This allows for quieter operation and
an increased lifetime. Its unique three head design incorporates inter-head connections, means
fewer moving parts, increased reliability and less expensive maintenance. The universal motor
is capable of operation on 24 VDC, or AC voltages of 90 to 264 VAC at 50-60 Hz. The N920 offers
excellent long term vacuum stability with its patented diaphragm stabilization system, and
high efficiency valves which can be used in roughing and backing applications, including mass
spectrometers and leak detectors. This pump is available in PPS and aluminum versions for pumping
slightly aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors.

LIQUIPORT® Liquid
Pump Appliance with Optional Remote Control

|
A
convenient way to dispense, dose
and transfer neutral or corrosive
liquids in the lab
As
a result of direct demand from
our laboratory customers, KNF
Neuberger introduces the Liquiport®,
a new, portable, multi-purpose
liquid pump appliance ideal for
aspirating or transferring liquids
in the laboratory. Liquiport® combines
a quality KNF corrosion-resistant
PTFE liquid diaphragm pump with
a fine-adjustment front-panel speed
control for convenient use in the
lab. A remote-controlled version
is also available for variable-speed
and on/off control, and a remote
alarm indication.
Compact
and lightweight, it is easy to
move to wherever you need a liquid
pump. It is self-priming, can
run dry continuously and is maintenance-free.
Liquiport's front-mounted controls
provide led-indicated fine adjustment
of flow needed for liquid transfer,
dispensing or filling tasks.
It is available in two basic size
flow ranges, 0.2 to 1.3 LPM and
0.25 to 3.0 LPM and several wetted
materials; polypropylene, PVDF
and PTFE.

NOTES: Standard continuous performance
ratings listed on this KNF website and on KNF datasheets are
based on technical data and test results of nominal units at
sea level, measured with an ambient temperature of 70°F
(21°C), and nominal
electrical supply as listed above, and are for reference only.Multiple-head
models, different performance models, cost-effective OEM modifications, and
a variety of motor options and different materials of construction are also
available. Certified drawings are available upon request. Specifications subject
to change without notice. You should always check corrosion resistance charts
for compatibility with the medium you intend to pump.
