The model N024ST.26E stainless steel heated-head sampling pump with included insulating jacket for thermal stability and safety, is available with electronic temperature controller and RS-232 interface.

The model N86ST.16I mini heat-resistant sampling pump is available in aluminum or 316 stainless steel for analytical instruments. It is excellent for use in smaller analyzers.

These pumps are popular for use in exhaust gas and stack gas sampling systems.

About Heated-Head Pumps and Controls

Equipped for the efficient transport of hot gas samples in environmental and analytical instruments, they handle gas temperatures up to 460°F (240°C). The bearings and motor are isolated from the heat for longer component life. The heated-head model uses either an electrically-heated cartridge regulated by a thermostat, or an optional programmable temperature controller (see example at right), to maintain specified head temperature. The efficient insulation jacket (not N86) stabilizes head temperature, reduces heat loss and prevents accidental contact.
