Liquid Solenoid Metering Pump features Long Life

The FMM20 is a solenoid-driven diaphragm pump designed to dispense accurate volumes of 20 µlit/stroke, and is adj. from 5 to 25 µlit. Featuring quiet operation, long-lifetime of over 250M strokes, is flow-tight in both directions, and offers a choice of manifold mounting, hose barbs, threaded ports. Material choices include PP/EPDM, PP/FFPM or PVDF/FFPM. Applications include diagnostic equipment, ink-jet printers, fuel cells. Contact KNF application engineers for details.

Liquid Dosing/Metering Pump

Now with programmable electronic controls (.55)

The FEM1.02 and FEM1.09 pumps are based on a very simple design. The 2-phase stepper motor turns an eccenter that operates the diaphragm. This pump is a perfect replacement for troublesome peristaltic pumps, as it uses no tubing in operation. The pump features excellent repeatability and provides constant results over a long period of time. It is available in PP/EPDM/PTFE, and PVDF/FFPM/PTFE wetted materials to handle a range of corrosive media. An available Hall sensor is used to monitor diaphragm position for precise motor control. A motor control module for development is also available. Shown with available integrated pressure relief valve. Contact KNF application engineers for details.

Liquid Dosing/Metering Pump

Recently announced addition to the KNF liquid pump line is the NF5_DCB-4 dosing and metering pump. It features a long-life, low EMI/RFI premium quality 4-wire brushless dc motor, with integrated logic-controlled variable-speed motor controller. This pump is designed in response to the demands of the medical diagnostic, cleaning, disinfection, and fuel cell OEM designers for less expensive alternatives for dosing applications. FEM1.03 liquid programmable metering pump

Programmable Liquid Metering Pump

KNF's new FEM1.03 and FEM1.08 liquid programmable metering diaphragm pumps replace peristaltic, syringe, solenoid, piston and gear pumps, are self-priming and can pump air, gases and liquids. A 3-phase stepper motor ensures precise speed of rotation. A microprocessor provides a range of ways in which the pump can be controlled. Metering is continuous and smooth even at very low speeds. During the suction stroke it always runs at maximum speed, and changes to the preset speed for the delivery stroke. In addition, the motor speed is continuously regulated to make the delivery rate as smooth as possible during the duration of the stroke. The addition of a timed, solenoid valve allows a diaphragm pump to achieve the accuracy of syringe, peristaltic and other high-accuracy delivery pumps, and provides for a positive zero-flow leak-back during  low-flow rate operation. Contact KNF application engineers for details.
This pump is also available in a cabinet for bench-top use in the laboratory. Bench top model for a datasheet

NOTES: Standard continuous performance ratings listed on this KNF website and on KNF datasheets are per head, and based on technical data and test results of nominal units measured at sea level, with water at 70°F (20°C) and a nominal electrical supply as listed, and are for reference only. Multiple-head models, different performance models, cost-effective OEM modifications, and a variety of motor options and different materials of construction are also available. Certified drawings are available upon request. Specifications subject to change without notice. You should always check corrosion resistance charts for compatibility with the medium you intend to pump.
