UFDV Diaphragm Valve

The UFDV diaphragm valve is a pressure control device. The selected pressure is adjustable, and applied via a spring-loaded diaphragm. The valves are available in a variety of materials and with a locking set-screw for OEM use, or an easily-adjusted control knob. This valve can be integrated into the NF30, NF100 and NF300 series pump heads. (see below) Port threads are available in G or NPT threads. Models (.51) built to NSF/ANSI 169 are available in NPT threads only on special order.

UFPD Pulsation Damper

The UFPD liquid pulsation damper was developed because of increased interest in low pulsation performance. The inherent pressure waves created by an oscillating diaphragm pump are reduced. It also aids in the reduction of vibration in system hoses and pipes. With the correct selection of damper, a pressure fluctuation of less than 3 psi (200 mbar) can be achieved. Port threads are available in G or NPT threads. Models (.51) built to NSF/ANSI 169 are available in NPT threads only on special order.

FEZ1 Speed Controller Board for OEM Brush-type DC PM Motors

This small motor speed controller board is used to adjust the flow rate of all of our transfer pumps with 12 and 24 VDC DC permanent-magnet motors using brushes. Speed is controlled using a board-mounted potentiometer. The controller uses pulse width modulation (PWM) at a low frequency for compatibility with motors equipped with an EMC filter circuit. The board is designed to be mounted within a protective cabinet only, and is not for external use.

KNF liquid pumps can be manufactured with a variety of port types, including barbed fittings, straight fittings, compression and threaded ports.

Port threads are available in G or NPT threads. Models (.51) built to NSF/ANSI 169 are available in NPT threads only on special order.

Integrated Pressure Relief Valve

The models NF30, NF100 and NF300 liquid pumps can be fitted with integral adjustable-pressure relief valves. They are used mainly for protecting downstream systems from overpressure damage due to system blockage, or for discharge pressure regulation. Port threads are available in G or NPT threads. Models (.51) built to NSF/ANSI 169 are available in NPT threads only on special order.

Heated Liquid Pump Head
