Model N024ST.26E is a stainless steel heated-head sampling pump. It is shown with included insulating jacket for thermal stability and safety, and available programmable, electronic temperature controller with RS-232 computer interface and fan cooled, totally-enclosed motor.

Model N86ST.16I is a 316 stainless steel mini heat-resistant sampling pump for analytical instruments. Our smallest heat-resistant pump, it is excellent for use in smaller analyzers. It handles high temperature gases safely by isolating heat from the motor, bearings or other critical components, extending pump life. These pumps are popular for use for exhaust gas and stack gas sampling systems where long life and consistent performance are critical. This pump is also available with aluminum heads.

About Heated-Head Pumps and Controls

These heat-resistant and heated-head series of air and gas diaphragm pumps represent one of KNF's many specialized designs. Equipped for the efficient transport of hot gas samples in environmental and analytical instruments, they handle gas temperatures up to 460°F (240°C). Special construction isolates the bearings and motor from the heat for longer component life. The heated-head model uses an electrically-heated cartridge regulated by a thermostat or an optional programmable temperature controller, to maintain specified head temperature. Heating the heads prevents condensate from forming within the head, reducing pump corrosion and eliminating sample component dropout.
Supplied without the heating system, the heat-resistant model uses identical heat-isolating construction and is ideal for handling hot, gaseous samples. Other element temperatures are available.

NOTES: Standard continuous performance ratings listed on this KNF website and on KNF datasheets are based on technical data and test results of nominal units at sea level, measured with an ambient temperature of 70°F (21°C), and nominal electrical supply as listed above, and are for reference only.Multiple-head models, different performance models, cost-effective OEM modifications, and a variety of motor options and different materials of construction are also available. Certified drawings are available upon request. Specifications subject to change without notice. You should always check corrosion resistance charts for compatibility with the medium you intend to pump.
